Malt loaf

Anyone tried making it using DME? ,if so ,what was it like?

I make a granary Loaf which has malt extract in it. Personally I use a few tsps of malt extract from Holland & Barrett, as I don't have any brewing DME or LME. It is really nice and works. I also put wheat malt in the granary loaf as well. :thumb:

But back to your malt loaf I would have thought it would work. :thumb:

Thanks GA , I've been using H&B ME but have run out , I've some DME left over , I just wondered what it would taste like.
