I've left my ginger beer/wine too long I think and the 2nd fermentation is not happening.
Question is : If I make a yeast,sugar water mix , will it kick the 2nd ferment into action?
 
There should always be a few viable yeasties to do the secondary bit, when did you make, when did you bottle, in what, and how much did you prime?
