Been wondering about this for a while, so putting it out there for opinion.
I'm quite conservative when late hopping beers and often end up with beers less hoppy than I'd like, in terms of flavour not bitterness. Too late to do anything once they're bottled and you're drinking them,
Could I make up a strong hop tea, put it in a jug in the fridge then use it like a cordial with beer, a bit in the bottom of a glass with the bottle of beer poured on top to mix it in. Would weaken the beer a bit but could add a load of flavour - anyone tried it? Tempted to give it a go.
