Hi all
I've decided iI'm going to resurrect my corny keg as I am finding it hard to let my bottles condition! I keep dipping in when I shouldn't.
I've got a contact who can get me a co2 and nitro 70/30 canister.
I want to make a low ABV brew for easy drinking that will tied me over so I don't keep drinking my beers young. So I thought I'd get my keg back up and running so I have it available when needed. I'm hoping the low ABV will keep conditioning time to a minimum. I also want to start trying to look after my liver a little more!
I've come up with this.... (the fuggles will be dry hopped). Does this look OK for my purpose? :wha: I'm still a relative newbie when it comes to grains, grain bills and hop additions...
