I'm planning a London Pride clone.

I want to use an authentic yeast this time rather than a bog standard dried yeast.

Any suggestions?

When you use a good yeast, I presume it's worth keeping it. What's the process?

the most authentic would be to grow some Fullers yeast from a bottle or two of Bengal Lancer. I've used it for a Fullers ESB clone and it was a great yeast

I've come across a couple of places (like here) that reckon that Wyeast 1968 is the Fullers yeast if you don't fancy harvesting from bottles.
