Hi all,

My loganBerry wine is ready for bottling. Should I add a campden tablet and potassium sorbate before or just bottle it?

Also have some TC ready for bottling, busy brew times!!

If the yeast has fully fermented out you probably won't need the Potassium Sorbate or campden. But if you are wanting to stop it from fermenting further then you will need Ksorb.
