Same here as we have never closed and quite honestly couldn't due to product manufactured.

I managed to build a brewhaus in my garden during covid. It was nothing to do with covid but was fun. I know what you mean with the panel building, it can be long winded. I kind of enjoy it though.

the brain is made by smartPID. its really usable. It can control two separate operations . I use it on the HLT and the mash tun. It has a sensor a SSR output and a relay thats 10A switchable. i use this for controlling the elements and pump. the " ports " are also addressable. It is wifi connected so you can use it on a web page aswell as on the actual unit. It is being integrated into brew father very soon so you can just pass recepies into it.
