yamas!from cyprus....weather cooling now , better brewing temps . ahead!
was in uk last week, went by uneasyjet, my luggage allowance was crap so only managed a few kgs of brewing ingredients.....found 450g jars of plain malt extract in holland and barrat for
thought they were good value, has anyone used these to make a gallon brew? using a part mash?
i would like to give it a try , i have 3 jars

wherry bitter is fantastic
munstones plus carob maturing
coopers stout ,a real winner

dont quote me on this but i dont think there are enough fermentable sugars in that stuff to make beer, I think you can use them instead of sugar in a extract beer kit and get good results. but you could try,
