I was bored today, I had planned to do some gardening but rain stopped play :(
So instead I found myself in the garage tidying up, I came across a bag with a small amount of crystal malt in it and being the tight Yorkshire git that I am ;) I didn't want to throw it away, which got me thinking :wha:
I remember someone posting in a thread about using malts in bread so guess what :grin:

Yup ,I made some bread to go with dinner tonight :thumb:

As well as the crystal I added some pale and wheat malt,

So does that mean it's alcholic bread? The proving would be the mash and fermenting and baking the conditioning?
 
Thats some good eating, mmmm, might make some myself.
