I made a beer called ******* bitter which had 25 jalapeno peppers in a 25 L batch that would have given that a run for it's money. I drank about a timble full before i dumped it

a madras.... a vindaloo.... a stew....

i add about a shot glass of Jamaican Red hot chili sauce to nearly all my beef dishes... it also works well in cottage pie for some reason :twisted:

at my peak i was getting through a bottle of the stuff a week :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
