My homebrew career amounts to three 5 gallon batches so far, all extract. I've a few leftover bits and bobs kicking around and two spare 1 gallon demijohns.
I've got:
425g crushed crystal malt grain
265g crushed Carapils malt grain
65g Challenger hop pellets
85g Stryian golding pellets
...and going to attempt harvesting some British Ale yeast from my current Pale Ale brew to re-use.

Limited ingredients but any suggestions with what quantities and hop schedule would produce something drinkable? (I obviously need to buy some more DME)

Hi Terry

You probably don't need much Crystal or Carapils in a 2 gall batch, maybe only 100g or so. 10 grams of Challenger will bitter a gallon of beer - so that's 20g for 2 gallons. Styrians would make a good late addition / Dry Hop and I would not advise of quantities here as the modern styles use much more than Graham Wheeler's recipes!
