Last few pints in the pressure barrel

I have a top tap & budget pressure barrels both leave a lot of beer in them that you cant get out i.e when the beer falls below the line of the tap on the budget barrel. Rec there must be 4 pints still in there, how do you get yours out?

gently tilt pressure barrel. Not ideal like as pint is a bit cloudy.

With regard to the top tap, you need to adjust the pipe from the tap to the float, so that the float falls into the lowest part of the keg.
Too long and it jams on the side, too short and it hangs.
Sorry, but can't answer re budget kegs.
