What a day.
Well since the weather was excellent I thought best get my first beer of the year on.
It was a Landlord clone, the Premium version from MM. I had purchased last year but I never seemed to get the time until today.
Went really well, nearly hit all my numbers (mash pH the lot ), with only the FV volume down 1.5L. I can live with that. Its now sat in the shed. Im hoping the heating can keep up with the ups and down coming over the next few weeks.
Was thinking of fermenting this, cold crashing and then banging into a Brite tank to serve on hand-pull.
What carbonation level is suited for cask? 1.1-1.5 vols?
