so ive got a 1 gallon lambic brew but i want to turn it into a 5 gallon or maybe 10 gallons as i can brew 3x 23l batches at once it just takes all day lol so can i use a normal yeast strain then after its fermented right down to 10.10 or something similar add my culture of wild yeast and bacterium's and will it work ie turn it sour?
