Has anybody tried this beer? Had my first bottle yesterday evening and was very impressed. I'm go get a few more bottles today, formulate a recipe and brew a batch up. Has anybody out there got a recipe or any pointers? Thanks in advance.

2. 2500g White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM)
3. 900g Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM)
4. 170g Caramel Wheat Malt (46.0 SRM)
5. 14g Horizon [12.0%] - Boil 90 min
6. 14g Nugget [13.0%] - Boil 90 min
7. 14g Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 45 min
8. 14g Summit [17.0%] - Boil 30 min
9. 28g Santiam [6.0%] - Boil 15 min

Thanks CC. That's very much like the recipe I've just nicked from AHBA. I'm short of a few ingredients so I'm substituting light crystal malt (115 ebc) for the caramel wheat. Replacing100g of the wheat malt with dark wheat malt. Using Galena insteaddof Nuggett and 1.5X Tettnang in place of the Santiam. AHBA recommend 1007 English Ale yeast. I've got some but no time to get it started so I'm using MJ M42- Dry English instead.
And we're off.
As you can see, patience is not one of my finer points. :laugh8:

I couldn't be arsed with all those hop additions.
 
It's a delicious beer but way overcomplicated if that is right. The base recipe might be something to steal though.
