Hello there gents!

I'm pretty much a newbie here, have done a couple of Wherrys which turned out great, but want to venture into lager....
The thing is, I have never been one for experimentation, and am pretty skint so dont want to end up making something dreadful...

So basically, I want somebody to tell me what lager kit to buy, and what to add to it in terms of spraymalt, sugar, etc. Also, I need to know what temps, sugar priming amounts and what not are necessary... like I said, I'm a stickler for instructions. In a nutshell, if you have made a lager that turned out great, what did you do that I should!!

Sorry if this seems dead ridiculous and demanding, it's just you guys seem to really know what you are talking about!

Oh, and it'll be stout next ;)

Not really a lager fan myself but the Coopers lager kits seem quite popular on the forum, as Joey suggested check out the review section.
Also ScottM has written a guide here for how he brews his lagers
