lager malt questions.

Got a rew ideas for an extract kit let me know what you think please,and throw any ideas my way.I have ordered 1 kg of lager malt and 100g of saaz hops.was thinking of combining this with maybe a coopers or betterbrew kit.should I add some dme.should I dry hop the saaz?what kit would you good people advise.?questions a plenty!

steep the lager malt at 66 degrees for an hour, then add 2-3kg of light dme and do a proper extract beer with the saaz hops. I wouldnt bother with the beer kit to be honest.

Cheers,would that work out better for taste and econimics?never brewed without a can/bag kit before.
