Lager Keg to Bottle

I have filled 2 king kegs with coopers lager 3 weeks ago.
Now realize I should have bottled it as I like a gassy lager.
Will it be okay to bottle it from the keg as i want it gassy or does it go down drain.
Even putting in co2 it is still flat when kegged i put in 4 ounces of gran sugar any ideas can it be saved by bottling it now

You should be OK mate, just make sure you sanitize your bottles and re-prime them with the desired amount of sugar. If you are planning to empty your keg, just loosen the top screw cap before you start the bottling so it flows out nicely and does not gush due to the CO2 build up.
