I live in Brentwood Just kicked the homebrewing up a notch with a new project I've started.

to date I've made:
ginger beer 3 times, once was a mess, no's 2 & 3 far more successful (various),
a kit wine "rose" for "her indoors" (12%)
some massively yummy Rosemary and Bay leaf Ale (6.1%)
countless ciders.... mostly they seemed to turn to vinegar... but not next time...

I've been lurking for a while, and always looking for advice on the boards... I may be able to pitch in with some good ideas in future...

i posted the recipe i used under "wine recipes".... it's not really a beer, no hops or barley or anything...

Well, it's got malt extract in it, so... I'd say it's in the general beer universe. (Though anything fermented is alright in my book.) I've heard of rosemary and other such herbs being used in unhopped beer recipes. I've had rosemary-infused white wine, which was surprisingly subdued for such a strong-tasting herb. I'll keep that recipe in mind - thanks.
