Anyone else tried this http://www.kingfamilybrewers.co.uk/homepage.htm.

I had a few pints of the draught IPA last summer and it was lovely, a proper IPA I thought, really hoppy enough to make your tongue tingle in delight and 5.5%.

I would love to make something like this for this summer - I have an empty corny that is crying out to have my first summer 2010 beer put in it to have some time to mature. I want hops to make my tongue tingle but have not really delved into making IPA's before so looking for some advice.
As I understand it original IPA's were just bittering hops ( and lots of ), but are more modern interpretations using a lot of late hops as well, there is certainly a lot of aroma and taste in them IMHO and I thought bittering ones would not hold any of this - or does that not hold true if you use enough as the beer can only absorb so much of the oils? :?
