1 kg ex light
500 dwe
500g candi dark
450g golden syrup
500g aromatic malt
500g dark crystal
250g roasted barley.
250g caramunich iii
50g manderina bavaria 15 min boil in 2 liters chase spring water
Grains were mini mashed at 67-65 degrees for 60 mins.
2.25:1 mash ratio
20.5 litres - OG 1.108
