I'm currently brewing my first Stout (Coopers Irish).
Its been in my temp controlled fermenting fridge for 10 days and its currently at 0.012.

I have a king keg TT that I'd like to use but would like a little bit of advice..

I've fitted a dalex tap to the KK. Its full of water at the minute and I've pressurised t to 10psi. It dispenses fine and doesn't seem to have any leaks.

I've heard you can fit a 'sparkler' or some kind of straightener/restrictor to improve head.

Can anyone tell me the best parts to get?

Thanks!

I guess you mean the 'budget' pressure keg? - well I've never tried but If the tap is the same as the king keg then I don't see why not!

I actually bought a few taps from ebay.. 3 were dalex (black) and the green one you can see fitted. One of the Dalex even has flow control.

The dalex screws directly onto the keg just like the old tap, then you just need one of these...

to covert the dalex tap to the standard KK line that goes to the float.

Just to mix things up.. the dalex taps seem to come in 1/4 and 3/8 beer line sizes.
