Hi
I recently purchased a Kenridge Classic Barolo 30 bottle kit and I am just starting it. The notes say that the wine will be drinkable at the bottling stage and will keep for 6 months.
Previously, I have made the 'selection' kits and the advice I was given on those is to wait AT LEAST 6 months before drinking. What's your advice on the Kenridge kits? Do they last longer than 6 months? What's the optimum age for drinking?
