Keith Floyd Barbacue

I was very saddened when Keith Floyd passed away earlier this week, he is one of my culinary heroes. So in honour of his memory, I've just put the barby on and the fayre will be courtesy of his book Floyd on Fire. I'll be raising a glass or two and toasting the passing of a man who was one of a kind. He told it like it was and took no prisoners.
If there's an after life I'm sure he'll have a glass in his hand and will probably be semi pi**ed, happy in the thought that his liver is eternal.

I've spent the afternoon at a champagne testing (it's a hard job but someone's got to do it) and felt duty bound to raise the subject. Most were in agreement that this was, truly, the passing of a hero, well of mine anyway. I raise this glass of after party red to his name.
