kegerator

1-Hi, My kegerator is set at 0 deg but it doesn't go below 7 . what must be tie issue
I fermented ready made 5litre brewery and added 15 litres of water. Its been a month its still cloudy and does not have the beer color
What should i do

Hi Chan and welcome to the forum.
How are you controlling the temperature of the kegerator? Unless you've bypassed the built-in thermostat, I imagine you'll need to set the frige itself to max cooling.
As for the beer itself, I don't really understand what you mean.
