ive got a 40 pint keg in the shed after keeping it inside for 2 weeks, its been there a week now and i just had a check and it still doesnt look like its clearing at all, am i just being impatient or do u think i may need to add some finings????

i thought it was 2 in the warm 2 in the cold, but i thought maybe it would have started to clear a bit, but it doesnt seem to have yet

It should pretty much start clearing towards the end of the warm conditioning. Might just be unlucky. How cloudy is it? Is it bad? I would give it at least another week in the cool before trying anything.

Is the tap at the bottom? If so, then it may be clear at the top but until it has completely cleared, it will be cloudy from the tap.

its a youngs definitive kit and yes tap is at the bottom, its pretty cloudy but doesnt taste bad, tastes quite nice, what do i do if it doesnt clear though?? Do i add finings

The outside temps have been very cold, a lot of my previously well cleared beer is suffering from chill haze.
It may just be this?? :thumb:
