Keg gas types

Can somebody tell me if keg caps designed for sparklet type bulbs will also accept S30 cartridges?

No - the valves are different. The screw on cap itself is unique to the barrel, so you could swap the valves.

Most won't but it is possible to buy valves that are dual purpose ie they take the bulb type and s30 cylinders
