hi just off to bottle up my beer that was out of date so fingers crossed it goes well

it was a kit that I had forgotten about so it was out of date I think end Aug. 18 was worried about doing it but I recall a lager kit back in 93 that I had purchased in the late 80,s that turned out fine though a bit discoloured but ultimately drinkable
