Wow that’s quite unusual water… high chloride (but that’s not necessarily a bad thing).
High sodium too, which is not so helpful.

Royal Mail won't post CRS/AMS as it's an acid!
So fat chance of me ever getting my hands on any.

Sounds like you need to talk to your man at the water company - they will be able to get acid for sure… especially if it means they can help with your “quality testing”…
I did get some gypsum and magnesium sulphate though.

If you order some as part of a bigger order the supplier is likely to use DPD and you won’t have this problem.
This is true: I get my CRS from TheMaltMiller and they seem to use DPD for everything :-)

THat water report is interesting, you won't be adding NaCl to many brews, they don't mention Magnesium so you'll need to guess on that, or ask if they know.
Another option rather than RO would be RW ( rain water ), to dilute your existing water.

My Malt Miller orders come by DHL. I'll give it a try though. But I'm back in the £15 postage range with them so it'll have to wait until I need a load of grain.
