Just joined - I have been brewing from kits for quite a while, bitter and stuff into King Kegs and lager and cider into bottles. Interested in brewing Bavarian style weissbier and getting some more serious equipment such as cooler, corny keg, cellar gas etc. Need all the help I can get.

hi and welcome , to brew a bavarian weiss bier its all about the yeast , get some wlp300 or some wlp 351 liquid yeast :thumb:
