well, its myt 1st attempt and i have just bottled up 20 bottle of beer it should of made 24 but a i did mangae to spill a little when i kept moveing the syphon lol now the kitchen smell nice and beery! which i think is a nice smell but the wifr does not appreciate!

now just got to waot a few weeks till its drinking time

My outhouse smells the same, it's lovely, my wife would also disagree, sometimes women don't appreciate things the same as us :D
 
i dont think i will be able to leave it two weeks i want to drink it now!

im thinking of giving

coopers australian IPA a go

has any one tried that one?

Good luck ;) ................... Mrs. Springer used to go bonkers when I did anything in the kitchen :evil: , hence went for the outside brewery. ;)
No you don't have to wait a few weeks, give it a week in the warm, a day to cool and then have a try. :)
Not the "recommended " approach, but hey, needs must :lol: , get another one going soon as others have said. :D
