This one isn't in the a-z so here goes.
Put this on (john bull lager 1.8kg) with 1 kg youngs brew enhancer, after 7 days added 1 pint Saaz hop tea and chucked bag in too.
sg 1040/fg1010. bottled @14 days.
After 10 days in the bottle I've just cracked one open and carbonated well with a lovely saaz hoppy flavour, head retention right down to last bit too.
I'll be doing this one again for sure. I know I'm drinking it too soon but it can only get better:-P
