I would have gone for it (and not posted on the forum about it ) if I didn't have a bad back, as I only work part time anyway.

Was down there today (thats the reason I know about it) as my regular HBS in brixton is closed on fridays. Ubrew is actually closer to me but I've been using the Brixton LHBS for nearly two years now so I've built up a bit of a relationship with them

Does Ubrew have a decent selection of ingredients to buy? If so that would be amazing, as the Beer Lab is a bit of a trek.

I'm thinking about going to one of the London Amateur Brewers meetings next month at Ubrew - have you been to one before?

tbh, I'm not sure as they don't list their ingredients on there website and they don't have any ingredient lists on the premises that I could see. But I bought Marris Otter, Crystal, Choccy and Terrified Wheat yesterday no prob for my next brew. I'm guessing they have a good selection as the whole point of UBREW is to go along and use there equipment to brew beer. I can't imagine they expect the punters to bring there own hops & grains with them

I've been brewing here since it opened, and have now started picking up my ingredients for brewing at home. Can be hit and miss but if you drop them an email Matt and Wilf are pretty helpful.
