I think you are just making a light-hearted joke, but in case anyone reads it and is confused...I've included Amber and Brown on the basis they aren't really 'dark' beers, which are covered in other months. If the majority of people feel that's stretching the 'pale' definition too far then let me know and I'll change (bearing in mind these competitions are generally fairly light-hearted fun).
