its been a week since i started my sort of ribena wine the gravity has dropped from sg 1082 to 1006 and still some bubbles when should i rack any help would be greatful.
 
Welcome to the forums Frick.

These things take a long as they take, high juice (Ribena) contains some preservatives that can slow fermentation but it looks like your SG is dropping nicely. Another week should see it finished.

I tend to check the SG after the bubbles drop to 1 per minute and if its below 1000 then I call it a done deal, rack, degass, stabilise and fine.
