made a starter but didn’t brew last weekend So it’s cold crashed in fridge. Poured. Extra off this am and left in at room temp. What’s left isn’t much and is stuck well to the bottom.
there doesn’t seem to be a lot. It’s wlp007 and it’s for an English IPA OG 1058.

its been a quite a while since I’ve done a starter but I suspect there should be more than this. the only back I’ve got is US05 but I’d rather not use that in an English ale.

is there enough in this starter? or do I pitch the US yeast.

will be pitching in about 2 hours!

10 mins into your boil draw off about 1/2lt or wort, crash cool and add to yeast. Keep stirring until ready to pitch and if it's showing signs of life and smells OK then pitch

My full batch got Down to temp before the bit of took from the boil, so just swirled a litre of that around and it looked like there was quite a bit of yeast there. A one week cold crash seemed to have condensed it.

quite optimistic now and happy I’m using 007. cheers for the help chaps.
