put ltr ribena and 1 ltr water ( boiled) and 3 ltrs apple juice and 2 cups sugar into a pot boiled it cooled it to 23 and then added it to my fv ( small one) a sg was 1095 ( used baking yeast and yeast nutrient and a cup of strong tea 0 mmm will it work

No idea. Your OG is fairly normal and should give a 13ish% wine, but I don't know about your yeasties. I have heard about baking yeasties reaching quite high abv levels, so keep them warm and let us know how it goes.
