Hi all,
Fermentation had been stuck on my brew for a while so I roused it earlier and chucked a little dried yeast in to get it moving. There is definitely action now and rather than smelling of yeast, it smells very strongly of alcohol - almost enough to burn my
nostril hairs off! Is this normal?
