So, I made a mead a year ago, split it into two batches. Added rasberries to one and apples to the other. It's been standing in my parent's completly forgotten for a year. Found it last week and planned to bottle it yesterday. Then I found out that the airlocks looked moldy. It might be good to know that neither the rasberries nor the apples were pasturised.
This must be mold, right? Just want to confirm it so I don't waste 20l of good mead.
