I do 8 bottles on 2 shelves for 45 mins at gas mark 6.

this may be overkill, but I leave the kitchen door open and it sometimes saves the central heating from coming on. - win-win.

I wouldn't be allowed to use the oven for that! consider yourself lucky

swmbo is good like that, we're off to Madrid in two days and she didn't freak out when she arrived home to see me bottling my galaxy hop :grin: cos sometimes it takes a while to put my kit away as it needs to dry out.
