Is this a pellicle?

Made a 1g batch Flanders red style ale using the roselare blend yeast back in January 2021. Tasted after 3 months (gravity had dropped to 1.004 and had a nice acidity) then a pelicle formed - it's looking more white ropey lava now... Is this looking okay do you think? Sorry for the terrible photos, best I could get.

I disturbed it to take a sample (tasting pretty good for 6 months, was quite thin rasting at 3 months. Reminiscent of Duchesse de Bourgogne, OG is 1.012). The pellicle dropped out completely overnight, was surprised how rapidly that happened but is now reforming. Going to leave it until 1 year (not sure I can wait much longer than that, also with a 1 gallon batch I lose to much sampling).

Nice yeast blend that. Last week I bottled a Flander's Red ale that has been sitting with that Roselare pellicle on it since I brewed it in 2018. I split the batch and bottled half at 12 months and the other half at 32 months. Both are great. Enjoy!

Have you ever reused the yeast cake? Was thinking of just dropping fresh wort into the fermenter after 12 months.

No I haven't, but others on here have and I've heard that the second batch get sourer and funkier, which sound good to me!
