As the subject say can you buy a kit to brew a gallon in a demijohn as really dont wanna brew 40 pints off something i not sure i want !

For beer? Only specialist ones get that sort of low, christmas beers etc. You could do a small recipe from extract too, if you wanted to.

It's really not enough anyway, go with something simple first :cheers:
 
A lot of the Brewferm Belgian kits are smaller volumes..bigger than a demijohn though...9 or 15 litres. They're good kits too, well thought of on here, the downside is they need a long time to mature so you'd have to wait a bit
 
I brew AG in 1 gallon batches - I suppose it's a lot of work for little return, but I haven't got loads of space, plus it allows me to experiment without wasting loads of ingredients should it turn out :sick:
