Ok so I know that temperature control during fermentation is important, I've made myself a fermentation fridge and I'm loving the results but I would like to brew a bit more regularly and I'm just wondering about temp control after fermentation. Generally after about a week most of my beers have fermented out but I usually leave for another week or two in the fermentation fridge to clear etc, is there any particular reason why I shouldn't whip the FV out and leave it to the elements and get another beer going in the fridge. Not doing lager btw just AG beers

its good for the brew to be cooler than brewing temp at that stage to help with the yeast dropping out and will help with clearing no harm done , just keep it away from sunlight and warm temps :D
