High everyone, i am looking for a bit of advice, i have started brewing again after many years, my first larger is almost ready.

Its a Brewmaker Pilsner beer de luxe larger, the specific gravity reading is 1008, its remained at that for two days now, is it safe to keg it at that?

Has anyone here done one of these before by any chance?

Never done one of these before  but I woud say its ready for the keg if its remained stable at this SG over a couple of days.

Keg away, thats ready :thumb:

Not brewed this myself - let us know what you think of it :thumb:

Sheeeesh, man that's what i call service, you almost answered, before i had finished writing it. Thank you both very much indeed.

I hope you dont mind, but i maybe back regularly, i seem to have forgotten just about everything, although i have just ordered Dave Lines book "How to brew beers like those you buy" i had it years ago, and it helped me greatly, but i cant find it anyway now.

Thanks again for the advice. :D
