Due to a number of things including lazieness during the xmas holidays I have let my IPA lie in the Cupboard almost a full month since putting it there to ferment on the 11th December.....should this be ok?
All my brews het 4 weeks +/- 2 days. So yeah. Be careful with dry hopping though. If you want a, for example, four day dry hop then make sure you're organised to package after the four days.
