I just did a better brew Irish Stout and used 1kg of dark spray malt in mine , taste was really nice it definetley made a difference. Simple but effective.
I did a Coopers irish stout with 800g of ordinary brewing sugar and a 454g tin of tate and lyle treacle and it turned out fantastic. I'm not really a stout drinker but this is a good brew...... something to think about.
I have the coopers Irish to start next week. Planned on 500 muscovado 500 brown sugar and a good dollop of treacle. Not a clue if it's going to work out though
