Hey everyone. Does anyone know the PPG of Irish stout malt http://www.maltingcompany.ie/product/irish-stout-malt/? I got it from GEB. I need it for recipe calculators to get the correct OG etc.

I'm not too sure what PPG is, sounds like something which can be calculated.

Thanks in advance
Brewers friend recipie builder allows for Irish Stout malt, just punch it in.
I have used it along with a mix of that,Irish pale and even some Irish lager malt and no problems at all:thumb:Infact did a brew today with that exact mix and hit expected OG bar one point!

Great thanks for your help, I've managed to find the PPG through there, also the colour in L. I'm sure it's great, but wondering how malt will be better for stout than a pale ale? I have a 10kg sack of it and I will try it on a stout and a mild ale.

On the Geterbrewed web site it does state that the stout malt can be used for many other styles.
