As you all know, I've done a quite few of these recently and based on them, here's the final iteration brewed for entry in London in May

Water, balanced profile

Fermentables
4.5kg Maris Otter
150g CaraRed
50g Melanoidin malt
85g Roasted barley

Mash steps
66C for 60min
75C for 10min

Hops
Fuggles. 35g at 60min. 20g at 15min

Yeast
WLP004 Irish Ale

21L in the fermenter at 1.052. I’ve definitely got on top of my efficiency issues! I’m already loving the colour.
