I've been tasked with making a beer for the wedding of some friends this summer, and I've got time for a trial batch before making the real thing. He likes his hops, and I've got 50g of centennial in the freezer. I'll probably keep that for the final beer to add some extra complexity, and I was thinking about getting some citra because I've been longing to try it out.
I was going to try putting a decent amount of oats in, because I tried the Wild Beer/Magic Rock The Men Who Stare At Oats that had a delicious mouthfeel. I saw my local shop has Simpsons Golden Naked Oats that seem interesting. I was thinking to try risking 10% of that, with the remaining 90% just pale ale.
How does this look to other people?

Dry hop 25g Citra
Aiming for OG 1056, FG 1014 mashing at 66.7úC (Beersmith medium body defaults). Maybe with so much of the oats I should mash relatively low for a thin body?
Any other tips? If I don't like the golden naked oats in this trial beer I'll use conventional oats in the final wedding beer.
