IPA Combination Hops

Give me your combo's! I'm gonna brew a big IPA. Here's what I can order from the shop I use;

Ahtanum
Centennial
Chinook
Citra
Amarillo
Galaxy
Simcoe

Also have some Topaz left over, 50g or so. Would prefer to keep it cheap-ish, so 2 hops that go well together would be awesome.

Topaz and Centinal...

for an ABV of 5% aim for 40-50 IBU..

bitter it with a big C, then blend it with Topaz for a fruit spangle
